General terms and conditions

When you use our services or purchase from our thrift store, please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • Items are sold as-is.
  • Buyers must read the entire description before buying.
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of this website or our services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse services.
  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Condition and imperfection disclosure policy:

  • Items may have missing parts, cracks, signs of aging, flaws, etc.
  • All flaws are disclosed to the best of our ability.
  • Photos are an integral part of the item description.
  • Buyers accept imperfections before they purchase.

Shipping and handling policies

Understanding our shipping and handling process is crucial for a smooth delivery:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on item size and weight.
  • We ship thrift items within 2-5 business days.
  • Crafted items are shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Print-on-demand items will follow the policies and procedures of the third-party printer.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping.
  • Buyers must ensure they provide the correct address and contact information for delivery.
  • Combining orders to ship at the same time is possible if they are going to the same address.
  • All orders include tracking and insurance for the full value of the item(s). This protects both the buyer and the shop in case of loss or damage during transit. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of the seller's control.  Any claims for lost or damaged packages will be filed through the carrier using the included insurance.

Privacy and data security

  • We do not share personal information with third parties.
  • We do not store payment information.
  • Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment purposes.
  • We do not sell or trade data with anyone.

*Items are sold as is and no guarantees are made on any items.

*We are not liable for injury caused by items purchased through out business, and not liable for the misuse of any item purchased or acquired from our business.

 

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

If you encounter a problem or need to address an issue, please follow these steps:

  • No returns on used or vintage items.
  • Exceptions for returns are only made in cases of severe misrepresentation.
  • You must contact us within 14 days upon receiving your package or item to initiate a return.
  • Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees unless required by law.

Tax Policies, Terms and Conditions

*Sales Taxes Requirement: Sales tax is collected in accordance with Minnesota state law. All taxable items shipped to a Minnesota address are subject to the current Minnesota sales tax rate of 6.875%.

Tax on shipping Charges: Minnesota law requires sales tax to be applied to shipping and delivery charges when the purchased item(s) is taxable. Therefore, shipping for taxable items delivered within Minnesota is also taxed at 6.875%.

Out of state orders: Orders shipped outside of Minnesota are not subject to Minnesota sales tax. Buyers are responsible for any taxes required by their own state or local jurisdiction.

Tax Exempt Items: If an items is classified as tax-exempt under Minnesota law (such as clothing), no sales tax will be applied to the item or its shipping.

Mixed Orders: If an order contains both taxable and tax-exempt items, shipping charges may be prorated according to Minnesota tax guidelines. Tax will only be applied to the portion associated with the taxable items.

Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to ensure correct tax calculation. Any additional taxes, duties, and fees required by the buyers state or locally are the buyers responsibility.

Policy Updates: Tax laws may change. This shop reserves the right to update tax practices at any time to remain compliant with Minnesota and federal regulations. 

Third Party Services & Supplier Policy

* Use of third-party providers: This shop may use third-party services such as print-on-demand providers, dropshipping suppliers, shipping carriers, or other fulfillment partners to complete orders. These provider operate independently and are responsible for their own production, processing, and delivery timelines.

*No Liability for third party actions: The shop and its owners are not responsible for delays,errors, defects, shortages, or damages caused by any third party providers. This includes, but not limited to, printing quality, manufacturing variations packaging, shipping delays, or carrier handling. 

Product Variations: Items produced or fulfilled by third-party providers may vary slightly in color size, material or finish due to manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

*Shipping and Tracking: When third-Party providers ship items directly to the customer, tracking and delivery updates are provided by the carrier or supplier. Once an item is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies on the carrier.

*Returns & Replacements for Third-party items: Returns, replacements, or refunds for items fulfilled by third-party providers are subject to the policies of that provider. The shop will assist in communicating with the provider, but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the providers policies.

*Independence of Third-Party Services: Any reference to third-party brands, services, or platforms (such as Printify, USPS, UPS, Fedex, or others) does not imply partnership, endorsement, or control. These entities operate independently  from this shop.

*Customer Agreement: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that third-party providers may be involved in the fulfillment of their purchase and accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
